Cosy and exceptional rooms, QUIET hotel. An iron, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room and the extremely comfy bed. A wide range of food available in the garden. Free parking nearby provided. The ambience was quiet. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The place is in a quiet area close to a national park and a palace, the room is cozy, exceptional, and comes with a comfortable sofa.

The rooms come with a balcony, and let me tell you, it was like having my own little slice of paradise. Sitting out there, enjoying the sunset with a cool drink in hand, it felt as though I was on top of the world. The view was simply breathtaking.

My stay at this guesthouse was perfect! The host, Alen, was incredibly nice and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The apartment was beautiful, with a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from the high street. It had all the amenities we needed, including great air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. Split is also a lovely city and we already miss it and Alen!

We had a good stay in this hotel. Its prime location gave us easy access to everything: from the pedestrian area to Marjan national park. This made it effortless to explore the city with only a 10-minute walk to the centre. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was great. The staff was always available to offer helpful advice, and we felt welcomed from the start. Parking was free as described in the listing and gave us peace of mind.

We had a lovely stay in a well-situated apartment with a helpful host. Close to the harbor and Old Town, the location was perfect. The owners were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The units were clean and provided all necessities. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.

What a great experience! The facilities were first class! The apartment was spotless, with modern decor and high-quality furniture. Location could not be better, walking distance to everything! We loved how convenient it was to everything we wanted to see and do. The view from the apartment was amazing, we loved spending the afternoons enjoying the scenery. The friendly staff made us feel at home with all the attention they gave us, they were so attentive and helpful. So glad we chose to spend our Xmas holiday at this place!

The facility exceeded my expectations, with exceptionally clean apartments and top-notch equipment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and a bit further to the beach. The host was professional and very welcoming. The airport transfer arranged by the host was very convenient.

The only downfall was the occasional noise from nearby construction works, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. the shower took a bit of time to warm up between uses due to the boiler, but the host informed us about this and we planned accordingly.

This guesthouse is situated in a calm and peaceful neighborhood near everything, from Marjan Park to beaches and pedestrians area. the room is spacious with a comfy bed and a fully equipped kitchen. the bathroom is clean with a great shower. the owners are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help you with any queries. the accommodation provides air conditioning which is essential during the summer.

The guesthouse has a strict policy toward noise in the evenings, but it's understandable as it's situated in a peaceful location.
